Job description POSITION OVERVIEW: The Federal Data Engineer serves as the technical lead responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and optimizing enterprise data engineering solutions for Hitachi Federal customers. This highly customer-facing role partners with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, and customer technical teams to deliver complex professional services engagements leveraging Hitachi's Data Intelligence portfolio. The successful candidate combines strong software engineering and enterprise data engineering expertise with consulting skills to architect scalable solutions, mentor junior engineers, develop new service offerings, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
