§ About

What Nextmove is and what it costs.

01

What Nextmove is

Nextmove is a career agent for engineers who are not actively looking. It watches the career pages of more than 4,500 companies directly, not aggregator copies, so a role appears the day it opens and disappears when it closes. It reads your resume and tells you which roles fit what you have actually done and why. The more you tell it, the better the roles fit. For a role you want, we go to the hiring team and ask if they want to talk, before you spend time on an application. We check with you before your name goes to anyone.

02

What it costs you

Nothing. Nextmove is free for candidates. A role appears in your list because it fits your resume and your answers, not because a company paid to be there. The postings come from company career pages, and no employer can buy a place in the list.

03

How to get started

You can upload your resume and start without an invitation. We also send invitations to people whose public profile is close to roles Nextmove is tracking. The email names one live role and links to a page built from that public profile. At that point Nextmove has not read your resume. Your current employer is never contacted.

04

What happens to your resume

It is read only after you upload it, and only to produce your results. Nothing goes to an employer without your OK, and no application is ever submitted for you. You can export everything or delete it at any time. The details are on the privacy page.

05

What Nextmove is not

Not a job board, not an auto-apply tool, and not a database of candidates sold to companies. It does not run ads and does not train models on your files.

06

Who runs it

A small team with years of recruiting experience, in early access. Every invitation is read and sent by a person, and replies are answered by one. Write to info@nextmove.md, or by post to 11801 Domain Blvd, 3rd Fl #03A102, Austin, TX 78758.
