AI Engineer - FDE Software Engineering Sr. Manager

What you’ll do

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability
• Build multi-provider AI abstraction layers across Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, Claude, and open-source models
• Deploy scalable cloud-native systems using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and event-driven architectures
• Lead client workshops, proofs of concept, and code-with sessions to define and deploy agentic workflows

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years of end-to-end software engineering and SDLC experience
• 8+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent and deploying production systems with CI/CD, Terraform, Helm, monitoring, and debugging
• 3+ years engineering cloud-native systems and working with multi-provider AI platforms
• 2+ years designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions, including 1+ year in production
