Associate Director, Full-stack Forward Deployed Engineer

What you’ll do

• Lead high-impact enterprise AI engagements from scoping through deployment
• Build responsive generative UIs, backend APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
• Design and deploy multi-agent orchestration and RAG systems
• Translate ambiguous client requirements into scalable technical architectures

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript backend development skills
• Production experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue and streaming data
