What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop a globally distributed Forward Deployed Engineering team.
  • Own technical engagement strategy and deployment execution across strategic accounts.
  • Resolve complex issues across GPU hardware, firmware, ROCm, AI frameworks, and infrastructure.
  • Build customer relationships and lead executive deployment reviews and escalations.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience leading and scaling engineering teams responsible for customer deployment and production adoption.
  • Deep understanding of GPU deployments, AI workloads, distributed systems, and data center operations.
  • Experience leading complex customer deployments from proof-of-concept through production scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
