What you’ll do

Own discovery, technical scoping, architecture, implementation, evaluation, productionization, adoption, and handoff for strategic customer solutions.
Prototype aggressively with modern AI tools to prove value inside the deal timeline; productionize deliberately with security, reliability, and integration.
Build, deploy, and evaluate with customer data; measure adoption, workflow impact, reliability, and time-to-value.
Partner with Product and R&D to turn validated patterns into roadmap investments and reusable accelerators.

What you’ll bring

Customer-facing and commercial ability to run discovery and value conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
AI and agentic engineering: LLM development, RAG, prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration, and daily use of modern AI coding tools like Claude Code.
Familiarity with enterprise integrations in regulated utility markets (ESRI ArcGIS/Smallworld, IBM Maximo/EAM, SAP/Oracle ERP/PPM, PowerBI).
Abstraction and reuse: generalize customer solutions into reusable accelerators.
