What you’ll do

  • Prototype, deploy, and own customer solutions in live operational environments.
  • Manage multiple customer engagements and build relationships from operators to executives.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to turn field learnings into durable platform capabilities.
  • Mentor customer teams and guide adoption of new ways of working.

What you’ll bring

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, solutions engineering, or a technical-founder role.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM applications, RAG systems, and multi-agent workflows.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in a backend language; Python is preferred.
  • Experience with REST and streaming APIs, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
