What you’ll do

  • Lead enterprise rollout and scaling of Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor across engineering teams.
  • Integrate GenAI tools into CI/CD pipelines, repositories, APIs, and enterprise SDLC workflows.
  • Design onboarding, training, enablement programs, and reusable adoption playbooks.
  • Advise teams on autonomous versus assistive development approaches based on risk and use case.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with Java, Python, or TypeScript/React/Angular.
  • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, CI/CD, and developer tooling.
  • Hands-on experience with Devin, Claude/Anthropic models, and Cursor or comparable tools.
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, multi-agent architectures, and MCP.
