Sr. AI Delivery & Operations Engineer

What you’ll do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise AI applications, agentic workflows, RAG solutions, and model-powered APIs.
- Serve as primary technical contributor for an AI delivery squad, providing technical leadership for scalable AI solutions.
- Build and enhance reusable AI Factory capabilities including shared services, engineering frameworks, and platform components.
- Develop AI quality engineering capabilities including automated testing, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and drift detection.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years professional software engineering experience with expertise in application architecture, API development, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting production AI applications including post-deployment monitoring and optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Python and enterprise-grade software development.
- Experience developing AI solutions with LLMs and platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
