What you’ll do

  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into validated, production-ready solutions.
  • Lead technical engagement with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify reusable patterns and platform gaps from field deployments; document and advocate improvements.
  • Set engineering standards and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • 6–8+ years of backend/full-stack software engineering experience and 4+ years deploying AI/ML in production.
  • Led or architected 3+ production AI systems.
  • Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native architecture, and event-driven or streaming systems experience.
