What you’ll do
- Solve HR business problems with AI by partnering with Digital HR, HR COEs, HRIS, IT, Legal, Privacy, and regional stakeholders.

- Develop agentic workflows using orchestration frameworks to translate HR processes into reliable AI-enabled workflows with human review and auditability.
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years building production software or data products with hands-on ML, LLMs, Generative AI, or AI-enabled workflow automation.
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, Pydantic, Jinja2) plus Node.js or TypeScript.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, pgvector) and RAG pipeline design.
- Working familiarity with inference providers (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta/Llama, Mistral) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP).
