What you’ll do

Own AIG's internal developer platform, CI/CD, workflows, and GPU capacity efficiency.
Build and lead the Forward Deployed Engineering function for key customers and partners.
Translate deployment friction, performance gaps, and customer requirements into engineering roadmaps.
Create productivity, utilization, reference architecture, and tooling mechanisms that scale software adoption.

What you’ll bring

Demonstrated leadership of high-impact technical teams in cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, HPC, or similarly high-stakes environments.
Strong understanding of hardware and software from the metal up.
Deep commercial fluency in ARR, churn, margin, deal velocity, and business outcomes.
Experience leading Sev0 customer incidents, executive communications, and rapid root-cause resolution.
