What you’ll do

Partner with business owners and engineering teams to re-engineer People processes using emerging AI technology.
Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Design, build, and enable automated workflows across enterprise systems.
Evaluate technical feasibility, business value, and risk when prioritizing automation opportunities.

What you’ll bring

8+ years in enterprise technology, AI enablement, automation, or digital transformation.
Hands-on technical fluency with APIs, integrations, scripting, SQL, workflow orchestration, and enterprise application platforms.
Experience with AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation in an enterprise.
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle (development, testing, deployment, monitoring).
