What you’ll do
- Establish and lead the U.S. Forward Deployed Engineering team, hiring and onboarding the first 1-2 FDEs.

What you’ll bring
- 8+ years in technical roles with 3+ years leading client-facing engineering or delivery teams.
- Production experience with agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, advanced RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong Python proficiency and willingness to be a player-coach.
- Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining engineers.
