What you’ll do
- Lead FDE engagements from problem framing through prototype and handoff, owning scope, architecture, risk, timelines, and outcomes.
- Coach and direct engineers and data scientists; set engineering standards and review designs and code.
- Partner with frontline site teams to identify operational problems and define measurable success criteria.
- Build prototypes using data science, ML, generative AI, and enterprise operational data sources.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years, Master’s degree with 6 years, or PhD with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience delivering data, analytics, AI, or software solutions in life sciences across product development, manufacturing, Quality, or Finance.
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering multiple concurrent projects.
- Hands-on Python and SQL skills; experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions, including generative AI/LLM applications.
