What you’ll do

  • Build and integrate agent-first workflows for vendor engagement, survey creation, translation, and fielding.
  • Connect AI workflows to Salesforce and Sermo’s homegrown survey platforms.
  • Implement human approval controls, evaluations, monitoring, and quality safeguards.
  • Measure adoption, response rates, turnaround, and time saved; prioritize follow-on AI opportunities.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of software engineering, including 2+ years deploying AI workflows or agents in production.
  • Demonstrated agent-first redesign of a real business workflow with measured results.
  • Hands-on LLM workflow experience, including structured extraction, routing, agentic execution, and evaluation.
  • Production Python and at least one typed language, with integrations across CRMs, tools, APIs, and data systems.
