What you’ll do

  • Own customer deployments from kickoff through production adoption and value realization
  • Scope solutions, define requirements, success criteria, milestones, and timelines
  • Manage delivery execution, backlog, scope, stakeholder communication, and escalations
  • Configure workflows and data, write queries, perform QA, and validate customer solutions

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years of enterprise delivery experience in deployment, technical program/project management, implementation consulting, or product management
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex projects from scoping through production or launch
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into requirements, success criteria, and prioritized plans
  • Hands-on fluency with SQL, data mapping, workflow configuration, and solution validation
