What you’ll do

Build, deploy, and troubleshoot Harper implementations in customer environments.
Lead enterprise technical discovery, presales discussions, and customer advisory conversations.
Develop production-quality code, integrations, scripts, and automation for customer needs.
Enable system integrators and technology partners to deliver Harper solutions independently.

What you’ll bring

8–10+ years of enterprise experience with a consulting mindset and ownership of client outcomes.
Hands-on development experience building, scripting, and validating technical solutions.
Customer-facing communication skills, including leading technical conversations and presales.
Fluency with AI coding assistants and working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents, and AI workflows.
