Job Description

Role Summary

Support business teams in identifying, implementing, and scaling AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Run workshops with business teams to identify AI opportunities and improve workflows.
Build and support AI solutions, agents, custom GPTs, and Copilot experiences.
Create use-case documentation, process guides, and reusable templates.
Support platform operations and AI adoption initiatives.
Deliver training and develop AI Champions across the organization.
Explain AI capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs to business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Business Analysis, Implementation, Technical Training, or similar client-facing roles.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT Enterprise.
Strong prompt engineering and AI solution design skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot Studio.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Insurance or Financial Services experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate Someone who has both built AI solutions and trained business users, with the ability to turn successful pilots into scalable, reusable solutions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 86129 - 127189

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
