What the growth-stage label means
Nextmove groups growth-stage companies as Growth (Series B–C). This is a company-stage label, not a seniority band or a classification of the FDE work. The group can include roles with different levels, locations, required experience, customer responsibilities, travel terms, and production duties.
Browse the growth-stage jobs to see the roles behind the salary view. The comparison can help you find postings to investigate, but the employers and mixes of work differ across company-stage groups. Confirm the range and conditions with the employer for a specific role.
Questions to ask before comparing offers
Confirm which location and level the published salary covers. Ask whether the range is base salary or includes an incentive target. For equity, ask about the type of grant, vesting schedule, and valuation assumptions. Also compare the work itself: customer contact, production ownership, travel, and whether the role supports one product or several implementations.
