What you’ll do

  • Prioritize and deliver qualified AI solution requests from intake through implementation or disposition.
  • Translate business processes and requirements into secure AI workflows, agents, and automations.
  • Build and extend solutions using enterprise AI platforms, integrations, APIs, SDKs, and MCP components.
  • Establish reusable engineering patterns and ensure documentation, testing, and lifecycle readiness.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in solution architecture, software engineering, automation, cloud engineering, or application integration.
  • Demonstrated delivery of business-facing technical solutions from requirements through implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise AI platform such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, or ChatGPT Enterprise.
  • Experience with APIs, SDKs, integrations, automation technologies, and enterprise data sources.
