What you’ll do

  • Prototype, build, test, and deploy HR automations, integrations, applications, data solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Integrate solutions with Oracle and other HR systems, data sources, APIs, and StoneX platforms.
  • Support deployed solutions through troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Define success measures and incorporate privacy, security, risk, and control requirements.

What you’ll bring

  • Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications, agents, automations, or workflow solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, or related Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience integrating applications with APIs, enterprise systems, and data sources; strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and data integration.
  • Experience taking solutions from prototype through testing, deployment, and production support.

Hiring Salary Range $110K-130K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
