What You Will Own As a Backend Software Engineer on the Internal Automation team, you'll own the systems that determine how much of this company's work has to be done by a person at all: the services, pipelines, and agents that connect Rogo's internal systems of record and act on them. Rogo builds AI that does the work of financial professionals. This role points that same capability inward. Own internal systems end to end: Take ambiguous operational problems and turn them into production services, from conception to deployment. Routing, approvals, notifications, reporting, provisioning, and the workflows that currently live in spreadsheets and in people's heads. Build the internal data layer: Integrate heterogeneous systems of record (CRM, product usage, billing, call recordings, support history, third-party enrichment) into a coherent, reliable, queryable picture of every account
