Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, Enterprise AI

What you’ll do

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand workflows and business needs
• Define, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents end to end
• Design evals and systematically improve agent performance
• Establish reusable agent patterns and forward-deployment engineering practices

What you’ll bring

• 5-6+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong backend depth
• Production experience building and shipping AI applications
• Strong understanding of agent architectures, evals, and AI performance measurement
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
