What you’ll do

  • Architect and ship Python and Next.js AI automation systems integrated with enterprise platforms.
  • Design multi-agent workflows and secure OAuth2, SSO, and role-based access patterns.
  • Deploy and support production systems on AWS EKS, maintaining tests and CI/CD.
  • Lead workflow discovery with department leaders and translate technical and security decisions for executives.

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years building production systems end-to-end and Staff/Principal Engineer or Tech Lead experience.
  • Production experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks, plus daily use of AI coding assistants.
  • Strong production Python and TypeScript/React experience, including FastAPI, Next.js, and Playwright.
  • Experience with AWS EKS, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Helm.

Competitive compensation, with a base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience) HSA for eligible employees enrolled in the HDHP, with a generous company contribution up to $500 for individual coverage and $1000 for family coverage per year Continuing Education funds up to $1500 annually for eligible programs after 1 year of service
