Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering. You’ll work directly with sophisticated customers, understand their hardest problems, design solutions, build demos and prototypes, and help turn customer needs into product direction. What you'll do Bridge Roe’s AI-powered data platform with real customer problems in risk and compliance. No prior finance background required. Work directly with customers, including Fortune 500 companies, to understand their workflows, data, and pain points. Design and deliver tailored technical solutions using Roe’s platform, SQL, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern data stacks. Build demos, prototypes, solution docs, and technical materials that help customers understand what is possible with Roe. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering as one team. You can’t be in the office 3 days/week (hybrid in SF Bay Area). Must Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar client-facing technical role is beneficial but not strictly required.
