What you’ll do

  • Design and maintain AI agents and automated workflows with Claude and Microsoft tools.
  • Develop reliable RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, and prompt architectures.
  • Translate business-unit workflows and pain points into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Prototype AI solutions and embed them in day-to-day bank operations.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in software engineering, data/ML engineering, or a related technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM tools, prompt engineering, and/or agent frameworks.
