What you’ll do

  • Build, evaluate, harden, and deploy AI agents and automation end to end.
  • Integrate AI into existing software infrastructure and contribute reusable platform components.
  • Partner with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders to identify problems and deliver measurable solutions.
  • Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, cost, and safety, including human-in-the-loop guardrails.

What you’ll bring

  • 2–4 years building and deploying ML or AI systems in production.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
  • Strong Python proficiency and experience with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and traditional ML frameworks.
  • Software engineering fundamentals including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
