What you’ll do
- Discover workflows and turn stakeholder requests into scoped, sized AI opportunities.
- Build and integrate AI solutions using the Microsoft stack, Claude, Python, and enterprise systems.

What you’ll bring
- 5+ years in software engineering, data engineering, applied ML, solutions engineering, or a related technical role.
- 2+ years building AI or LLM-based solutions used in production.
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with REST API and enterprise-system integration experience.
- Hands-on LLM experience with prompt design, RAG, tool use, and basic evaluation.
