What you’ll do

  • Translate client real-world evidence questions into data requirements and communicate analytical findings to technical and executive audiences.
  • Plan and track real-world data study milestones with the data team.
  • Drive adoption, utilization, and value realization for data and insight products.
  • Relay client feedback to product, Engineering, and Data Science teams and track client-success KPIs.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years in Client Success, Solutions Engineering, or a highly technical client-facing role with Life Science companies.
  • Experience working with healthcare data products such as data feeds, predictive models, or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with data-querying languages such as SQL or Python.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
