What you’ll do
- Lead development of intelligent operations solutions including chatbots, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted decision platforms.
- Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and deploy open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Gemma) and proprietary models via Google Vertex AI.
- Architect AI safety frameworks, guardrails (NeMo Guardrails, Llama Guard), and deterministic controls for compliance.
- Design and deploy scalable AI pipelines using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
What you’ll bring
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma), and AI orchestration frameworks (Google ADK, LangChain).
- Hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI and deploying open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Gemma).
- Expert-level Python skills with AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, Hugging Face, Pandas, NumPy) and API development (FastAPI, Flask).
- Strong experience with containerization (OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and cloud-native delivery.
