What you’ll do

  • Use AI-enabled and analytics tools to accelerate consulting delivery and business analysis.
  • Assess processes, systems, data flows, risks, and pain points to shape strategic initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support solution design, implementation, workflow optimization, integration planning, and UAT.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical or related field, or a non-technical degree with prior consulting experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience for Consultant candidates or 3 years for Senior Consultant candidates within financial services.
  • Ability to use AI/GenAI tools and prompt engineering, and validate AI-generated outputs.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA/Confluence, Power BI or Tableau, and SQL.
