What you’ll do

  • Lead AI and data science engagements from framing through implementation and delivery.
  • Prototype, architect, and build AI/ML solutions while reviewing code and resolving technical issues.
  • Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams while remaining hands-on in delivery.
  • Translate client needs into technical approaches and business-relevant recommendations.

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, coding, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions.
  • Deep practical experience with generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Advanced Python skills and strong proficiency working with data and Structured Query Language.
  • Ability to take AI solutions from prototypes through production, including architecture, integration, testing, and monitoring.
