What you’ll do
- Partner with enterprise engineering teams to identify AI automation opportunities and define solutions.
- Build and deploy production-grade AI applications, LLM agents, and engineering automation systems.
- Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, testing environments, and data pipelines.
- Implement and evaluate LLM post-training, reinforcement learning, preference optimization, and reward modeling.
What you’ll bring
- Strong Python software engineering experience plus a systems language such as C++, Rust, C, TypeScript, CUDA, or HIP.
- Production experience building AI or machine learning systems beyond prompt engineering or API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with LLM post-training, reinforcement learning, preference optimization, reward modeling, evaluation, or AI infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of transformer-based LLMs, inference, fine-tuning, retrieval, evaluation, and agent architectures.
