What you’ll do

  • Translate the Growth Platform vision into a roadmap and delivery plans with designated architects.
  • Prototype business solutions with Growth subject-matter experts and mature selected concepts into enterprise applications.
  • Build, test, deploy, and improve shared Python services, APIs, data and AI capabilities, and developer tooling.
  • Assess application readiness and operate the platform, including reliability, security, observability, and incident response.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience plus 8 years of related experience, or a master's degree plus 6 years.
  • Advanced application-development experience across design, testing, deployment, administration, support, and modernization.
  • Strong Python development skills and experience building secure APIs and enterprise integrations.
  • Production-oriented experience applying AI, machine learning, or large language models.
