This role serves as the technical liaison between customer operations personnel and the Unified Video engineering team, providing hands-on software engineering, DevOps, systems integration, and operational support for mission-critical Full Motion Video (FMV) capabilities. Essential Functions Serve as the primary on-site software engineering representative supporting Unified Video (UV), Feed Management Portal (FMP), NetOps, and related mission applications. Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues directly within operational environments.
