What you’ll do
- Serve as executive deployment lead for UiPath's largest healthcare customers, building trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CMIOs, and Revenue Cycle executives.
- Own end-to-end deployment strategy for enterprise healthcare implementations, leading discovery across clinical, operational, financial, and technology stakeholders.
- Identify patterns across deployments and transform them into reusable implementation methodologies, playbooks, and reference architectures.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer within Product and Engineering, influencing roadmap decisions and validating new product concepts.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare technology, consulting, or enterprise software.
- Deep expertise across Revenue Cycle processes including Denials Management, Prior Authorization, Claims Submission, Revenue Integrity, Referral Management, Charge Capture, Appeals, and Payer Operations.
- Extensive experience leading enterprise software implementations inside health systems or payer organizations.
- Executive presence with the ability to advise senior healthcare leaders on operational transformation.
