What you’ll do

  • Lead client conversations and translate business problems into software requirements.
  • Build, test, deploy, and maintain AI applications and agents.
  • Connect applications to Power BI semantic models, Fabric data, and business systems.
  • Manage project milestones, surface risks and scope changes, and train client teams.

What you’ll bring

  • Three or more years of software development experience, including maintaining applications after launch.
  • Experience building web applications with React and TypeScript and connecting interfaces to APIs.
  • Hands-on experience developing software with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
  • Solid programming fundamentals, including Git, reading unfamiliar code, and tracing application problems.
