- Well-rounded understanding of the web3 landscape; experience interacting with protocols across DeFi, L1/L2 environments, bridges, and more
- Strong engineering foundation; fluency in at least one of Python or TypeScript and hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM smart contract environments as well as Unix familiarity
- Desire to dive in at the lowest level; experience to know when not to
