What you’ll do
- Design and implement agentic systems for multi-step reasoning, planning, tool use, and workflow execution in regulated healthcare processes.
- Build stateful workflows with LangGraph/LangChain, including branching, retries, self-correction, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector/hybrid retrieval, reranking, and grounding.
- Implement observability, tracing, guardrails, and evaluation for agent behavior at trajectory and task level.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or related field.
- Demonstrated depth building and shipping production agentic systems as primary craft.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph/LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing and optimizing end-to-end RAG systems.
