What you’ll do

  • Lead customer requirements discovery and solution design across pre-sales and delivery.

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support customer value and expansion.
  • Document reusable delivery frameworks and solution patterns.

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in customer-facing technology consulting or professional services.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with large language models, agentic AI frameworks, and prompt engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience with MCP integrations and agentic AI architectures.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and modern SaaS integration patterns.
