What you’ll do

  • Embed with client stakeholders to understand workflows, data, and constraints.
  • Prototype and iterate on AI and agentic solutions using real usage feedback.
  • Own proof-of-concept handoff through production-grade deployment.
  • Bridge client engineering and business teams with ISHIR delivery teams.

What you’ll bring

  • 5–8 years of experience, including 1–2 years in a client-embedded or startup-style role.
  • Full-stack engineering experience with React/TypeScript and Node or Python/Laravel backends.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Bedrock and agent frameworks.
  • Client-facing experience with minimal internal support.
