What you’ll do

  • Build production AI integrations, agentic automations, RAG pipelines, and MCP tools.
  • Develop evaluation harnesses and test suites to measure quality and detect regressions.
  • Implement and troubleshoot software across model endpoints, gateways, and downstream systems.
  • Select models by cost, latency, accuracy, and data sensitivity; deploy supporting infrastructure.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience shipping software.
  • Proficiency in AWS, Python, Java, SQL, and relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
  • Experience building production applications with agentic development tools and hands-on RAG development.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases, embedding-based retrieval, and MCP development.
