Staff Software Engineer

What you’ll do

• Lead complex GAIL and Go-Live Support enterprise deployments, escalations, and high-stakes go-lives
• Own and evolve deployment standards, playbook gates, and prescribed sequences
• Build and maintain shared tooling and reusable patterns across engagements
• Mentor and ramp incoming GAIL engineers through onboarding, shadowing, and coaching

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise product and customer or field delivery exposure
• Strong JavaScript skills plus Java, Python, or an equivalent additional language
• Experience deploying or integrating AI features and GenAI models in real customer environments
• Experience with prompt engineering and tuning non-deterministic outputs for production reliability
