Principal Software Engineer - Windows Domain FDE

What you’ll do

• Diagnose and remediate complex Windows device-management and install-base health issues for strategic enterprise customers.
• Design, prototype, implement, and validate solutions using Intune, Windows Autopilot, scripts, telemetry, policies, and diagnostic tools.
• Partner with Windows and Intune engineering teams to drive cross-product fixes, telemetry improvements, and supportability changes.
• Convert customer solutions into reusable playbooks, tools, technical guidance, and scalable approaches.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Enterprise Windows device-management experience across Intune, Autopilot, provisioning, configuration, applications, updates, security, compliance, or device health.
• Experience troubleshooting complex environments with data, logs, telemetry, diagnostic tools, and structured root-cause analysis.
