About the Team The Statsig team within OpenAI builds the experimentation, feature rollout, dynamic configuration, and analytics systems that help OpenAI ship products with speed, safety, and evidence. Our work sits on the critical path for how product, engineering, research, and go-to-market teams learn from real-world usage and make high-confidence decisions. About the Role We are looking for a full-stack engineer to help build the systems that make experimentation and rollout a first-class capability across OpenAI. You will work across frontend, backend, SDK, data, and infrastructure surfaces, with a focus on making complex workflows feel simple for the teams shipping OpenAI’s most important products. This role is not only about adding features to a platform. It is about shaping the operating system OpenAI uses to decide what to launch, how to learn from it, and how to protect users and products as we scale.
