You're Our Person If: Experience: 4+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on experience building and deploying LLMs/agentic systems in production environments. Technical Proficiency: Strong Python skills with mastery of agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, custom frameworks) or ability to construct frameworks from scratch. AI Concepts: Deep understanding of prompt engineering, tool-calling/function-calling patterns, RAG, and evaluation strategies for non-deterministic systems. Systems & Architecture: Solid expertise in API integrations, async systems, distributed architectures, and modern software design patterns.
