Enterprise Architect, Americas Markets & Industries Office of the CTO

Overview The Enterprise Architect joins the Americas Markets and Industries Office of the CTO to work directly with Microsoft's most strategic customers. You will partner with senior technology leaders to shape the technical strategy behind their most ambitious cloud and AI initiatives, translating business objectives into strategies and patterns that deliver measurable outcomes at enterprise scale. You will engage across a broad range of technologies, solve complex business and technical challenges, and help customers accelerate innovation while building secure, resilient, and scalable platforms. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customer executives, architects, engineers, and Microsoft account teams to guide technology decisions, remove obstacles, and drive successful adoption of Microsoft's platform capabilities. You will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey, share best practices across the field, mentor technical communities, and help raise the quality and consistency of Microsoft's engagements across the division.
