Founding Engineer

What you’ll do

• Build and operate production agents, agentic workflows, integrations, and deterministic controls
• Embed with design customers to map workflows and build against live data
• Create evaluation harnesses, regression suites, monitoring, and auditable human-review tooling
• Run shadow-mode launches and resolve discrepancies before go-live

What you’ll bring

• Production experience building and operating at least one AI agent or agentic workflow
• Strong judgment across models, orchestration, APIs, data, integrations, permissions, observability, and evaluations
• Direct experience working with customers or end users
• Ability to decompose workflows into deterministic, agentic, human-review, and exception paths
