Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform

Everlaw is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform with experience building and operating AI platform capabilities that power user-facing software in complex ecosystems. Transforming legal tech with software and AI is a full-stack challenge that applies retrieval, vector search, model orchestration, evaluation, and agentic patterns - alongside search, databases, and real-time collaboration - to help our customers find the truth in millions of documents. Build AI platform capabilities that power product experiences such as Deep Dive, predictive coding, multi-modal understanding, agentic workflows, translations, search, review, and more. Contribute to RAG, semantic retrieval, and agentic orchestration patterns, including indexing pipelines, query flows, tool-calling and planning logic, relevance tuning, benchmarking, and multi-modal workloads where applicable.
